Account information: your name, mobile number, email address and password.
Order and delivery information: delivery addresses, order history, and items purchased.
Prescription information: prescriptions you upload for prescription (Rx) medicines, which are treated as sensitive health data.
Payment information: processed by our payment partner; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Technical information: device, browser and usage data collected to keep the service secure and working correctly.

How we use your information

To create and manage your account and process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
To verify prescriptions where the law requires it before dispensing certain medicines.
To provide customer support, doctor consultation and order updates.
To detect and prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
To improve our products and, where you have consented, to send you relevant offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Sharing your information

With verified sellers and delivery partners strictly to fulfil your orders.
With payment and communication providers to process payments and send OTPs and notifications.
With regulators, law enforcement or courts where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your personal data.
