These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Homeodua marketplace. Please read them carefully. By using Homeodua, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase, and you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Products, prescriptions and pricing
- Prescription (Rx) medicines require a valid prescription, which you authorise us and our partners to verify before dispensing.
- Customer prices are displayed on the product and at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and availability accurate, and may correct genuine errors before dispatch.
- Medicines must be used as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Content on the platform is for information and is not a substitute for medical advice.
Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm and dispatch the order.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
Acceptable use
- You may not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, submit false prescriptions, or resell prescription medicines.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
Liability and governing law
- To the extent permitted by law, Homeodua is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any disputes.
