Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are shipped directly from verified sellers via our courier partners.
- Delivery timelines depend on your delivery pincode and product availability, and the estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
Charges
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Qualifying orders may receive free delivery as indicated on site.
Tracking
- Every order has live tracking available from your Orders page once it is dispatched.
- If a delivery is delayed or a package appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.
Serviceability
- We deliver to serviceable pincodes shown at checkout. If your area is not yet serviceable, you will be informed before payment.
